Collecting the goods from the Customer Service Center is free of charge.

At the moment you can collect the goods at the following Customer Service Center:

Delivery of goods to pick-up points and parcel machines

If you have chosen to have the goods delivered to a pick-up point or Omniva, DPD or Itella parcel machine, then they will be delivered on the date indicated next to the selected item.

Attention!

Order delivery to Omniva or DPD parcel machines is possible only if the goods do not exceed the established dimensions of the parcel (39 x 38 x 64 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg).

Order delivery to an Itella parcel machine is possible if the goods do not exceed the established dimensions of the parcel (60 x 36 x 60 cm) and weight (up to 35 kg).

Price: 1.89 €.

Home delivery price

We deliver goods to the specified address if the order amount exceeds 9.95 €.
